Our Story
Tacos Al Carbon began its journey December 5, 1998 in a small five by seven concession trailer. Our goal was to provide our customers with great authentic Mexican food at a great price. Taco by taco we worked hard to open our first restaurant at 4420 Lake Worth Road. With hard work and dedication, we have been able to open 6 locations, a bridal hall, a farm, and several other businesses.
We are happy to present you our newest location at 2161 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in the heart of West Palm Beach. All Tacos Al Carbon locations are managed by the same family. Two locations are owned and managed by Mom, two are owned and managed by Dad and the remaining two are owned and managed by Victor Jr the eldest son of Victor and Eloísa. We strive to bring you the best, most authentic Mexican Food at all of our locations.
